Coronation Park is Port Moody's smallest neighbourhood, a pocket of quiet streets east of Ioco Road between Barnet Highway and Guildford Way. Fifties ranchers sit on Buckingham, Edinburgh and Windsor drives, the Highland Park townhouses climb Highland Way, Balmoral Place sits off Balmoral Drive at the top of the slope, and Eagle Point tucks into Lehman Place.
It also lives in the middle of a long change. The city's 2050 plan redraws this pocket in three bands, and its western half is already becoming the Inlet District. What stands today is the established neighbourhood. What is coming is on the Inlet District page.
310 Highland Way and Afton Lane · from $569,900
Nothing commercial sits inside Coronation Park itself. The daily layer lives right across Ioco Road, the station, the rec complex, City Hall and the shops of Suter Brook and Newport. Here is the honest shape of it.
Inlet Centre Station sits directly across Ioco Road from the neighbourhood's west edge, Millennium Line trains plus the 183 and 184 buses. The Recreation Complex at 300 Ioco Road is right there too, two arenas, a curling centre, gyms and a walking track.
No shop operates inside the pocket. The closest full grocery is Save-On-Foods at 221 Ioco Road, and Suter Brook Village and Newport Village cover the rest of the small shop layer, a short walk or a quick drive west.
City Hall, the public library and the Inlet Theatre share 100 Newport Drive, across Ioco with the station cluster. Eagle Ridge Hospital is a few minutes east on Guildford Way, just over the line in Coquitlam.
Inlet Park on Murray Street is the near park, redeveloped in 2024 with a turf field, ball diamonds and a tot lot, and a new fieldhouse is under construction. Inside the pocket itself, the green is the slope, the trees and the quiet streets.

Catchments are set by School District 43 and they do shift over time. Before you buy on a school, confirm the exact address with the district school locator. And ask Lucas. He reads these catchments the way every parent here does, with his own kid in mind.
Join the Coronation Park list and Lucas will send you new listings in this pocket as they hit the market, plus the odd note on what sold and for how much.
